Sterling (GBP £) and (USD $) pricing are shown for convenience of our British and US based customers only. All transactions will take place in Euros and the actual conversion rate used by our Credit/debit card processor or PayPal may vary slightly. All cheques or Postal Orders need to be in Euros.
Guarantee
We guarantee each piece against normal wear and tear for one year from the date of sale. We trust that you will read our Care For Your Jewellery Section in order to ensure longevity of our products. Please keep your order confirmation e-mail as this acts as your guarantee.
Accuracy of bead colours
We have taken great care in presenting the jewellery on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual bead. However, if upon receipt, you find the colour is not as expected, we will be very pleased to offer you a refund.
Placing an order
Before you place an order you should read the following: Acceptance of Your Order, Stock Availability and Order cancellation and refunds. These pages form part of our terms and conditions and contain important information about your order.
Acceptance of your order
By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing address details.
Stock Availability
As each piece is made-to-order from customer selected components and length it could take up to 2 weeks to make and deliver you specific order. If all the components are in house we may be able to deliver within 5 working days. If there are any unforeseen delays we will contact you by email or phone to confirm that you still want to go ahead with the order.
Payment Methods
On-line shoppers may use Visa, MasterCard or Laser card. Personal cheques and bankers drafts in EURO (€) are also acceptable methods of payment, although please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the posting of your jewellery as we must wait for your funds to clear. If you prefer to order products from my web site by post, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page, complete the necessary boxes and post the form, together with your cheque, to the address listed below.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your order at any time, for whatever reason, within seven working days of placing your order. To cancel you order please email us or call us with your order number as per the details below. A full refund will be given to all cancellations prior to delivery. If you wish to return any goods, please post them and the original invoice to us within 7 working days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original condition, in their original packaging and unaltered in any way. A full refund will be given on all returned goods in their original condition. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable and that we shall not be responsible for postage on returned items. Please note that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal obligation on yourself to return the goods in their original condition within 7 days.
